ABOUT ANN: Ann is a Certified PILOXING Instructor and Personal Trainer.  In 2016 Ann was introduced to the inter-disciplinary exercise program, called PILOXING, a unique mix of Pilates and Boxing peppered with the flavor of dance.  Instantly falling in love with the program she was committed to becoming a PILOXING Instructor and helping women become "Sleek, Sexy and Powerful."  A New Jersey native, Ann is a fitness enthusiast who has trained consistently for over 15 years.  She continues her training today at DeShields Box Office (DBO) Fitness located in the University Area of Charlotte where she also holds her PILOXING classes

ABOUT AMANDA: Amanda is a certified personal trainer who has been helping people live their best lives through personal training, online personal training, and group instruction for over 5 years. When she was diagnosed with an auto immune disease she quickly realized how easy it was to lose confidence in yourself and not be able to do the things you once could. From there she began her journey of helping and inspiring others to feel powerful, strong, and get their life back. She owns "A Better You Fitness" located in Charlotte, NC and participates in weight training, hybrid training, yoga, and jiu-jitsu. 


 

3:00 PM CARDIOKICKBOXING (LIFE TIME)

High intensity Kickboxing class with combinations of jabs, hooks, upper cuts, round house kicks and authentic boxer type movements. Class is performed with energetic music and powerful Performers.

She is a busy mother of two and has realized how precious time is and made it a goal to create efficient and effective workouts that are challenging and fun in a group setting.

Toni Vuksanovich has been the Studio Manager of Life Time in Matthews since its Grand Opening in 2011.  She has been managing Group Fitness teams for 11 years, performing in the fitness industry for 17 years and has over 40 years of Martial Arts experience. Toni thrives to inspire people of all ages & backgrounds to live an active, happy & healthy way of life.

Heidi is an energetic, and highly motivating group fitness instructor! She has been creating and leading classes of all sizes for more than 20 years. Her classes explode with passion, beat drops, connection, acceptance, and community. Heidi's certifications include; AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, AFAA Personal Fitness Trainer, AFAA Kickboxing Specialist, Reebok Cycle, numerous continuing education hours with SCHWINN master trainers, PILOXING, Booty Barre, and TRX group training. She currently teaches at Life Time Athletic in Charlotte, NC. Heidi is currently an AMP, Warrior Sculpt, LifeBarre, and Kickboxing performer.
