Brigida is an award-winning anchor/reporter for WBTV News in Charlotte. A native of the Queen City, Brigida joined WBTV in 2009. Brigida is also passionate about health and fitness. In 2013, she courageously shared her journey to live a healthier lifestyle and her "TeamNOSugar" campaign went global with followers as far away as Denmark! She lost nearly 50 lbs over the course of a year by giving up processed sugars. She continues to work toward her health and fitness goals while inspiring and encouraging others to live a healthy lifestyle through her blog. BJ GADDOUR, CSCS, is a bodyweight exercise and metabolic training expert and the author of Men's Health Your Body Is Your Barbell. Named one of the 100 Fittest Men of All Time by Men’s Health magazine, he’s the creator of Men’s Health fitness DVDs DeltaFIT Speed Shred, Bodyweight Cardio Burners, and Bodyweight Muscle Burners. He is the CEO of StreamFIT.com, an online fitness resource that provides streaming workout videos. Gaddour graduated from Amherst College in 2005. He went from working the front desk at a gym to owning a successful gym. He now consults with top fitness brands as a writer, speaker, featured fitness expert, on-camera talent, and fitness model. Noell has been a trainer for over 6 years and was just recently on the cover of Women’s Health Magazine for being one of the top 5 finalists in their Next Fitness Star competition. Noell is a wife, mother and two time business owner who now personally trains clients all around Charlotte while keeping up with her ever growing, online fan base. Her award winning fitness method is comprised of weight lifting and yoga moves which get her clients standing up straighter, feeling stronger, looking shapely and toned. Noell’s passion for training comes from the boost she gets when she watches her clients tap into their own mental strength and what they’re capable of, in and outside of their workouts. “I love to see confidence rise up in people (through training),” says Noell. She is on a mission to empower us to become the best version of ourselves and has made quite an impact. The sky is her limit and we’re all watching and applauding her along the way!

Chef Alyssa Gorelick owns and operates Chef Alyssa's Kitchen, which runs hands-on cooking classes inside Atherton Market in South End. Focusing on healthy, sustainable ingredients - each class is absolutely fun and informative. Chef Alyssa spent her career in restaurants working up to Executive Chef. Her accolades include: cooking twice at the James Beard House, being named the 2014 Iron Fork Charlotte Champion and having her food and recipes featured in Food & Wine Magazine.

Jorge Martinez, the founder of Lean Teen Program, is on a mission to get America back into shape one teen at a time. He attended Florida International University where he earned his Master of Accounting and later became a CPA. Following his true passion, Jorge started the Lean Teen Program with his wife Kalina in February 2014 to help teens everywhere build healthy habits and lose weight. He is featured in this picture on the right with his lead trainer Justin and Lean Teen Marquis (14 y/o) who lost over 40 pounds in just 6 months. Andre Hairston started Cardio Craze six years ago with a mission to get people healthy. It’s one that intensely personal for him – his mom had a stroke several years ago that left her unable to walk or talk. Andre believes that if his mom had been even moderately active, the outcome would have been different. Several of his Cardio Crazies (as they like to call themselves) have dropped on average, at least 20 lbs! Andre teaches several Cardio Craze classes a week all over Charlotte. But it’s not just a Queen City favorite, Andre has taught classes all over the country from Seattle to New York to Atlanta! It’s perfect for all fitness levels – even the rhythmically challenged. Tiffany Brown-Bush is the Founder of Fit 4 Life and CEO of Nikki Enterprises Inc. Fit 4 Life provides individual and corporate wellness solutions via Fitness, Therapy, Nutrition, and Functional Medicine. Tiffany is a Holistic Psychotherapist, and Functional Nutritionist. She’s a Licensed Professional Counselor through the NC Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and is the creator of the Fit 4 Life EAT-Fit program which has been approved and certified by the North Carolina Board of Dietetics/Nutrition. Tiffany is also a certified instructor through ACE and Zumba.

Jennifer Tremblay holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Thinking and Innovative Practices and is a Business Wellness Consultant and a Certified Health Coach. She is recognized by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and a member of the International Association for Health Coaches.
Jennifer is an author, guest blogger and teacher. She enjoys helping companies improve the health of their employees, as well as their bottom line and enjoys working with individuals and small groups giving grocery store tours, in-home pantry make-overs and guiding people through seasonal clean eating seasonal cleanses.
Samantha Eaton is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and the founder of Healthy Eaton. She is recognized by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and a member of the International Association for Health Coaches. She enjoys working with clients who are just starting their health and wellness journeys and looking for easy and effective ways to incorporate healthy habits into their daily lifestyles. She helps them to uncover the root cause of their issues, and develop a plan to make changes that will stick. She is the co-creator of the 15-Day ‘Clean Eating’ Seasonal Cleanse program.
Shannon is the Healthy Eating Educator for Whole Foods Market at its Charlotte and Lake Norman stores. As a resource to her fellow team members and customers, Shannon provides resources and leads events rooted in easy ways to eat better. Her background includes exercise science and kinesiology, as well as work at a children’s cooking camp and as a healthy lifestyles clinic leader.
SGT. ROY Lewis
Roy 'Sgt. Roy' Lewis is a fitness veteran with over 22 years of experience. Sgt. Roy is a national fitness presenter, personal trainer, life Coach, and motivational speaker. 'Sarge', as he is called, has been featured as a consultant on local programs such as the 'Charlotte Today Show' and Fox Television; he is also the recipient of the 2013 Elevate Magazine 'Best Trainer' in Charlotte award. Sgt. Roy continues to be invited each year by organizations such as the Charlotte City Partners, Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and the United Way to assist in their charity fitness events. Sgt. Roy is a veteran and is still serving in the military with 31 years of service. He is a certified published author of the motivational book called 'Broken Things'.
