An all over body workout that’s so fun, you’ll be sorry when it’s done! Cardio Craze was created 6 years ago by Andre and is a Queen City favorite! Andre’s Cardio Crazies have dropped on average 20 lbs. WBTV’s Brigida Mack, who has created her own healthy living imprint in Charlotte with #TeamNoSugar, will join Andre for this fun filled session for all fitness levels!

Come drop the F-Bomb with us! This 30 minute workout is designed for our 14 day Fat Torcher Program. This session, designed by founder of About Face Boot Camp Jena Armstrong, is a sample of one of our classes and will deliver no less than a 500 calorie burn and an incredible Afterburn! The F-Bomb class will cover weights, HIIT, body weight and blend it all together! Come sweat with us!

02:00 PM     "SGT ROY" LEWIS: ULTIMATE TRAINING
A military style training circuits that utilize body weighted exercises executed in a series of 'sequences' done in timed 'rounds'. Each sequence covers ALL muscles groups, plyometrics, and cardiovascular agility drills. This program is used by the U.S. military for basic training. This class is a favorite in Charlotte because individuals are working at THEIR personal best.

Plyometrics, also known as "jump training", are exercises based around having muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing both speed and power. PLYO-30 training is designed to deliver the most efficient total body workout in the shortest amount of time.  Your total body workout with combine Power and Explosion all in one in one 30 sec. circuit.
