The Demonstration Zone will provide you the opportunity to work with our Fitness Experts in a variety of full participation fitness classes! Come dressed to participate!

10:15 AM BILL HUGHAN: ACTIVE WARM UP AND RECOVERY
Performance Specialist will lead participants through a comprehensive warm up routine that is designed to activate key muscles, improve mobility, and prepare the body to perform at its full potential.
11:00 AM UFC GYM
UFC Gym Matthews will be offering a sampling of our various signature class formats such as Daily Ultimate Training (DUT), UFC FIT, and Fight FIT. These classes are the perfect full-body high-intensity interval training workout that utilizes moves and drills that are used by the world’s greatest athletes in the UFC. Whether you are beginner or a fitness enthusiast, our classes provide a unique mix of functional training and cardio that consistently shocks your system and delivers results in true Mixed Martial Arts style.
11:45 AM ORANGETHEORY FITNESS
Will offer a demonstration of proper rowing technique and challenges for participants - one at a time...200 meter and 500 meter. Circuit style of bodyweight exercises.
12:30 PM FITNESS CONNECTION: POUND
POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!
01:30 PM SWEAT CYCLE STUDIO
The SWEAT demo workout will change the way you think about “cardio.” Our motivators (also known as instructors) will have you moving and working to the beat of the music so your mind and body remain engaged. Unlike traditional cycling classes, added movements will work your shoulders, triceps, biceps, abs and obliques all while your lower body continuously cycles. The result is a calorie-torching, body-toning workout that feels more like a party.
03:15 PM ADD SOME ZING
Two things are true about hula hooping. #1 You can't do it without smiling #2 You can't do it without burning calories. Stop by the demonstration zone from 3:15-3:45 as Add Some Zing will be demonstrating hooping for fitness. Think you can't hoop? Think again. Theses specially designed weighted hoops are made with the beginner hooper in mind. Hoops will be on hand for all to try.
04:00 PM BILL HUGHAN: INJURY PREVENTION FOR YOUNG ATHLETES
A Performance Specialist will teach participants proper movement techniques and strengthening exercises that help to reduce injury risk for children and teen athletes.
04:45 PM CURVES
Curves has teamed up with America's health and wellness expert Jillian Michaels to launch cutting-edge total body workouts that feature the Curves Circuit strength training machines in conjunction with functional bodyweight-based exercises that ramp up metabolism and transform physique. The workouts boost intensity, build strength, burn fat and prevent plateaus.
