Charlotte's Own Mini-Yoga Festival, With Yoga for EVERY LEVEL!

We are proud to once again bring back the YOGA ZONE to "Charlotte's Greatest Healthy Living Super Show" designed for all-levels of yogis, from beginner to seasoned practitioner. You will have an opportunity to try different styles of yoga throughout the day. We will come together to grow the practice of yoga in Charlotte, to play and enjoy the latest innovations in wellness together with our local community.

If you have a mat, bring it with you! (We’ll have a limited amount of mats available on a first come basis).

Join us in our Yoga Zone, featuring a variety of classes for all levels! Don’t forget to bring your Mat! (A limited number of mats will be available).

Vinyasa means "to connect" or "to flow" in Sanskrit, the breath is essential as it will lead you in and out of each pose with inhales and exhales. The classes are all-levels, choices are often given to take your practice to an appropriate level for you.  You should expect Sun Salutations and diversity of postures from one class to the other.

This is an all-levels class designed to energize and explore new layers of the body and soul. We will feel our breath through our bodies as we move, lengthen & extend, twist, and create space. Expect to transition through a sequence of yoga poses with music.

A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. This class will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.

Yoga is not only beneficial, but an essential component to a well-rounded training program. This class is designed for athletes and those of us whose flexibility may be challenged, but it is challenging enough even for the most flexible among us to reap its benefits. This Vinyasa class integrates movement, strength and breath work to help athletes excel, no matter their sport or ability level. Train your inner athlete by improving balance, flexibility, power and stamina which can result in improved performance, injury reduction and faster recovery.
