Chef Robin will be comparing the nutritional benefits and drawbacks of traditional wheat based pasta and the multitude of alternative pasta varieties available today.  Chef Robin will highlight buckwheat pasta and demonstrate its use in a salad.  She will make Asian Soba Noodle Salad as a demo.
