Chakra Flow Yoga with Victoria Martinez
This class awakens your inner energy centers, Chakras, with a dynamic flow, syncing ecstatic movement with breath. It will leave you feeling centered, strong and flowing in every shade of the rainbow.

Insanity Live with Kalyela Josephs
Insanity live- Is a 30 minute session from fitness creator Shaun T. High intensity that will offer modified version for all levels. Frequent breaks and fun motivation! Kalyela is a life coach as well and will motivate participants mentally and physically! See you at the Get Moving Stage!


 

Kardio Mix with Kiril
Kardio Mix is a class where you will experience the ultimate cardio dance workout through Hip - Hop, Latin and Top 40! In my classes you will get the ultimate experience of Zumba, Mixxedfit and Strong by Zumba. Experience the difference!
Burn 600 - 1200 calories in an hour, filled of pure FUN, JOY and SWEAT! 

 

PICKLEBALL
Demonstration and participation courts to enjoy at the Expo! Pickleball is a fun and exciting paddle sport for people of all ages and levels of athletic ability, and one of the fastest growing sports in the US and around the world.  It is easy for beginners to learn, and a challenging, fast-paced, competitive game for more experienced players.

Pickleball combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. It is played as doubles or singles both indoors and outdoors on a badminton-sized court (about one-third the size of a tennis court) with a paddle and hard plastic ball. 

The sport is growing explosively at a rate of about 40% per year in the US as around the world, currently with about 2.5 million players according to the Sports Fitness Industry Association.  

The Charlotte Area boasts about 35 places to play currently, with new venues being added monthly, and hundreds of active and enthusiastic players who would love to have you join them in playing this great game.  Watch the experts and play some Pickleball yourself at the Expo!

While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from African beats, Dancehall, hip-hop and more!

Janean Benton (J9INE) is a Licensed Zumba® Fitness Instructor and certified AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) Group Fitness Instructor.  India Rice is a Licensed Zumba® Fitness Instructor and teaches classes at multiple locations in the Charlotte Region.
