In this session you will learn simple but powerful Yoga postures to balance and stabilize your system. No prior experience with Yoga is necessary.

We flow at a slower pace, holding postures longer with more focus on physical alignment, body awareness, and deep stretch.  This transformative yoga class with SOUL thumping beats includes Soul and Hip Hop music that will leave you feeling powerful and uplifted.  All level class.

LifePower Yoga teaches the union of breath and movement. It can safely be described as a breathing system. LPY roots come from Ashtanga Yoga bringing to where we are today a Vinyasa based program. National Director of LPY Yoga Teacher Training Jonny Kest encourages students "to get out of their own way and allow one's healing powers to inspire each practice." LPY offers the environment to come as you are providing the space for you to bring your yoga practice to a place that awakens you.
