03:00pm – 03:30pm BUILDING HEALTHY HABITS UTILIZING NUTRITION, GROUP DISCUSSIONS AND FITNESS FOR KIDS (8-18) & ADULTS - BY WORKING THE MIND AND THE BODY
This session will cover the 3 Main Components which are the foundation for the Lean teen Program (ages 8-18 or any family member).
1. Nutrition Education – MyPlate and U, 24 by 7, 75-80 % of the challenge
2. Group Discussions - Working the Mind to be healthy - Lesson Plan outline
3. Fitness – Working the Body - (31 workouts – consisting of 150 plus exercises)
Next Gen Fitness / Lean teen Program practices nutrition as a family, we set goals and objects for each member for nutrition, Group lifestyle and fitness. This session will outline a little more detail behind why and how we plan for our 3 components - nutrition, group discussions and the fitness approaches. Nutrition will take a quick glance at where you are and where to start to guide you. Group Discussions will cover the psychology of eating habits and an approach to recognizing and changing these habits. Fitness is our branded circuit training with 31 preplanned and programmed workouts covering the NASM OPT model and adjustable levels for each member’s fitness capability.

The "Little Red Jumpsuit Tour" is all about education, inspiration, and motivation. Kimberly will reveal seven simple steps for changing our lives, and will share her experience and insight on the importance of living a heart healthy lifestyle. As 2016-2017 Chairwoman of GO RED for WOMEN in Guilford County, Kimberly is particularly concerned with preventing heart disease and stroke, which are the number one killer of women in America.
Kimberly is President and CEO of KSR Productions, Founder of the Little Red Jumpsuit Tour, Vice President of Cultural Development for Crumley Roberts, and Chairwoman of this year's GO RED For WOMEN campaign and signature luncheon in Guilford county. Kimberly is a working Mom, and a supportive daughter and wife.
