MixxedFit is a people inspired fitness program that incorporates explosive movements and boot camp toning.         

 

 

11:15am – 11:45am    Zumba with Janean Benton and special guest instructor India Rice

Zumba® Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from African beats, Dancehall, hip-hop and more!

 

 

 

12:45pm – 01:15pm    Urban Cardio Dance w/ Corey "C'Yo" Brown and special guest instructor Chrysten 'Get Fit with Chrys' Crockett 

A dance workout derived from a combination of urbanized dance styles, ranging from old/new school hip hop, street jazz, African, Latin, contemporary, and commercial dance. These styles are fused with fitness components to create industry like and cardiovascular challenging choreography, in a simple and fun to follow format.
                        
 

02:15pm – 02:45pm    THE CHOREOGRAPHY GET DOWN w/Allison Lilly and Sheridan Shands

Let's get ready to battle it out! Two fitness choreographers! Two different dance formats! One battle!

Suga Shake Down Fitness is a new level fitness and dance that is guaranteed to make you sweat while keeping you engaged in your workout with urbanized dance styles. Based in Charlotte area, Sheridan "Suga Shae" Shands has been inspiring others with her passion for dance and fitness since receiving her ASFA Group Fitness & Boot certifications in 2011. When you step into Suga's class, you will experience explosive dance styles from all genres. 

Allison Lilly has been teaching choreographed hip hop in Charlotte for over 30 years. Allison teaches many styles of choreographed classes. Her classes include Hip Hop ReDeFined at Dance District. She also teaches CIZE and DanceCreaShaun by Shaun T at Dance District. And, she teaches choreographed hip hop at the Dowd Y. You will always feel like a back-up dancer anytime you step into Allison's class. You will sweat, think and grow in confidence. No intimidation.....it's just dance! 

 

03:45pm – 04:15pm    AfriFITT/Cardio & Culture w/Niche

AfriFitt: African Fitness (Aerobics) movements to AfroBeat style music followed by Cardio & Culture which offers Traditional West African Dance with live drumming. 

 

 

 

 

05:15pm – 05:45pm    Kardio Mix with Kiril

Kardio Mix is a class where you will experience the ultimate cardio dance workout through Hip - Hop, Latin and Top 40! In my classes you will get the ultimate experience of Zumba, Mixxedfit and Strong by Zumba. Experience the difference!
Burn 600 - 1200 cal in an hour, filled of pure FUN, JOY and SWEAT!
